How We Work With You
BOSEN is a dedicated OEM manufacturer of guiding elements. We produce to your drawings, your standards and your identification. We do not sell under our own brand.
Our manufacturing focus is a single product family — guiding elements: guide pillars, guide bushes, bi-metallic bronze-plated steel bushes, ball cages and clamps & accessories.
Ejector pins & sleeves, Punches & Dies and other die accessories are offered alongside our core guiding-element range to support customers with whom we have an established cooperation. They are not our main production but are offered as a convenience, supplied under our quality control and shipped together with your main order.
What Stays Under Our Control
Every part is produced in our own facility — material, heat treatment, grinding and final inspection under one roof. This is the basis on which every cooperation model operates.
- Material standard: 100Cr6 (1.3505), equivalent to GCr15 / SUJ2 / AISI 52100.
- Induction hardened guide pillars: surface 60–64 HRC, case depth 1.5–2.0 mm. Through hardened guide bushes: 60–64 HRC through the full wall.
- Bronze-plated steel bushes: C45 steel housing + 555 tin bronze lining, produced by our in-house centrifugal casting. Bronze layer 1.5–1.8 mm, full metallurgical bond, no delamination.
- Standard tolerance: guide-pillar diameter h3 / h4 (h3 is the tightest we hold), guide-bush bore H4 (the tightest we hold for the bore), giving a stamping clearance of 0.005–0.015 mm.
- Supply basis: ISO / DIN / AFNOR / IT standards, customer-specific drawings and approved specifications, supplied with no brand identification — quantity, size and your code only.
Documentation is prepared to customer requirements: dimensional reports, material certificates, hardness inspection.
Cooperation Models
We offer five cooperation models. All of them operate under the same principle: we manufacture to your drawings, your standards and your identification, and we do not sell under our own brand.

| Dedicated Buffer Stock | Based on your historical consumption data, we reserve and replenish stock exclusively for your orders. Replenishment is carried out annually from December to February, so your supply chain is secured before the year starts. |
| Bulk Orders | Competitive pricing for volume orders, with full documentation prepared to your requirements. Batch traceability and consolidated monthly shipments available. |
| Small-Batch / Prototype | Test our quality with low commitment. Zero MOQ — single-piece samples accepted. A common starting point before moving to a frame agreement or buffer-stock program. |

How To Start
- Send us your drawing, part code or a code from your own standard system.
- We confirm material, tolerance grade, surface treatment and quantity.
- You receive a quotation and, where applicable, a sample for verification before volume commitment.
- On approval we manufacture, inspect and ship — with no BOSEN identification on the parts.
No minimum order quantity. From single-piece samples to volume contracts.

We reply to cooperation and quotation enquiries in English. Technical drawings may be submitted in any common format; we manufacture to the specification they contain.

We do not reproduce, copy or identify any part with another manufacturer’s brand. We manufacture strictly to the customer’s drawings, technical specifications and standards. All customer drawings, codes and project information are treated as confidential. Parts are supplied with no brand identification — showing quantity, size and your code only.
