All steel guide bushes go through full hardening heat treatment to reach consistent inner & outer hardness HRC 62±2, fine bore polishing and tight concentricity for high‑cycle mold operation.
Standard sizes are well‑stocked for quick delivery. Custom guide bushes can be produced per your drawings or special requirements.
